The ManagerEdge Association provides professional networking for engineering leaders just in Silicon Valley, California.   There are many networking resources here including chapters of national organizations but few are focused on leadership from engineering managers, senior development and QA staff,  program/project managers and others with related roles or interest just in Silicon Valley.
